For instance, are we supposed to believe a company is genuine and sincere when they use actors with perfect hair and big smiles to tell their story? No. It’s not real and we’re not buying it. And why is it that getting someone to help you is so difficult? You’re busy, you have lots to deal with, and all you want is for someone to answer your question, honestly, so you can make a decision. Why do you get a sales pitch when all you want to know is how much something costs? It's so frustrating.
