CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE,
LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all
eligible Insight customers in good standing who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ESPN or Insight Midwest, L.P. (together
the “Sponsors”), or any of the foregoing companies’ affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising or promotional agencies or other agents, and the immediate family
members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible.
How
to Enter. The
Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 am on March 27, 2008 and end at 12:00 pm on May
15, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To
enter, you will need to either: i) mail in a 3x5 postcard with your name,
address, age, phone number (with area code), email address (if available) and
mail to, attn: D.Mast, 810 Seventh Ave
Fl 41, New York NY 10019. Mail-in
entries must be postmarked by May 13, 2008 and must be received by May 15, 2008. Each
mail-in entry must be hand printed and mailed separately and must bear
sufficient postage; or ii) online, by visiting www.insightbb.com. Limit
one (1) entry per household, person and e-mail address, regardless of method of
entry.
No mechanical reproductions or
facsimiles accepted. Sponsors are not
responsible for incomplete, misdirected, lost, late or illegible entries, and
all such entries will be disqualified. Any
questions regarding the validity of an entry submitted shall be determined by
Sponsors in their sole discretion. All entries become the property of the Sponsors
and will not be acknowledged or returned.
False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsors, will
render the entrant ineligible.
Winner
Selection, Prizes and Odds.
Two hundred (200) winners will be selected on or about May 16, 2008 in a
random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winners will receive either an
ESPN360.com baseball cap or an ESPN360.com 1Gig flash drive. The odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner
Notification and Acceptance.
Winner will be notified by email or telephone on or about May 17, 2008. Sponsors’ inability to reach winner, the return
of a prize notification as undeliverable, winner’s failure to timely respond to
prize notification, and/or winner’s failure to timely claim prize may result in
disqualification and a substitute winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete an
affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where
prohibited by law). Failure to timely sign
and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of
these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture
of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute
winner. Winner may waive his or her
right to receive the prize. Prize is
nonassignable and nontransferable. No
substitutions or cash equivalents allowed.
Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on
prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance
of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the publication of his or her
name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or
promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound
by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors and the Sweepstakes
judges appointed by Sponsors. Sponsors
reserve the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise
abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsors. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised
by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond
the reasonable control of Sponsors, which corrupts or impairs the
administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes,
Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend, modify or
terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the
Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsors reserve
the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination
date.
Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any
provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any
other provision. If any such provision
is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be
construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable
provision was not contained therein.
SponsorS. The ESPN360.com Sweepstakes
is sponsored by ESPN and Insight Midwest, L.P.
Sponsors decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other
aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors will not be responsible for
typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or
in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
