When will the payment be taken out of my bank account or charged to my credit card?

The electronic fund transfer from your bank account or charge to your credit card will occur as follows:
Online payments made before 5 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday, will be forwarded for payment processing the same day. The payment will be credited to your Insight account within 24 hours after the payment has processed.
Online payments made after 5 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday, or made on Saturday or Sunday, will be forwarded for payment processing the next business day. The payment will be credited to your account within 24 hours after the payment has processed.
To the extent there are delays or difficulties in processing your online payment, the credit to your Insight account may also be delayed. We will credit your account as soon the payment is able to clear the credit card provider or banking institution. We may contact you if your payment attempt was unsuccessful, or if we were unable to process the payment.
