If some or all channels are not working:
1. Turn off your digital set-top box and then turn it back on.
2. Check to see if your onscreen guide works.
3. If you have other TVs in the house, verify that your channels work on those TVs.
4. If you have high speed Internet service, verify that your modem is working.
5. Write down any error messages that are seen, and contact your local Insight office for assistance.
