Insight Communications Company, Inc. is the tenth largest cable operator in the United States with approximately 722,000 customer relationships in the three contiguous states of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Headquartered in New York City, the company was formed in 1985 by cable veterans Michael S. Willner and Sidney R. Knafel.
