This web site was established to provide you with the background of our Board of Directors and management team, and the responsibilities of our directors. Insight's Board of Directors is comprised of nine members, five of whom are designees of Sidney Knafel, Michael Willner and certain trusts for the benefit of Mr. Knafel’s children and four of whom are designees of entities affiliated with The Carlyle Group. Insight's Board of Directors has an audit committee, a compensation committee and a governance committee.
