We provide our three services - cable, phone and high-speed Internet access - to more than 650,000 customers in the Midwest. The majority of our customers are in Kentucky.  Louisville is our single largest service area, but we also serve areas in and around Lexington, Covington and Bowling Green, as well as communities in Evansville and southern Indiana and neighborhoods in Columbus, Ohio.  

We may be small compared to the “giants” in the cable industry like Time Warner and Comcast, but we are mighty in our passion for serving our customers.  We will go further than most to deliver a great customer experience.

And, that’s because we really are just like our customers – we live in the same communities, and we support the same local teams. (GO Cards, Buckeyes, Wildcats, Hilltoppers and Norse!) We shop at the same stores, and our kids go to the same schools.  We have the same high expectations for what it means to get good service and good value for our money.  We’re proud to be part of our communities and of our commitment to serve them.  We believe that we have an innovative approach to providing the best possible service and products for homes and businesses.
